TARTE AU CITRONRich Lemon Tart 1 Quantity of Pate Sucree 3 Eggs 125g/5oz Caster Sugar 2 Lemons Zest & Juice 100ml/3fl oz Cream 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
1. Make pate sucree and bake blind. 2. Beat together the eggs, sugar, lemon zest and juice. 3. Stir in the cream and pour into cold pastry case. 4. Bake in oven preheated to 150°C/ 300°F/Gas 2 for 35-40 minutes. 5. When cool dust with sieved, icing sugar.
