Welcome to Gazegill Organic Farm nestled into the beautiful countryside of the Ribble Valley in the shadow of Pendle Hill. We have always been an Organic Farm and believe that farming organically allows us to follow a more natural approach with our animals and this in turn gives us a more rounded animal for the results only nature could produce.
At Gazegill, we keep rare breeds, from our mainstay dairy herd of old English Shorthorns, through our Hampshire Down sheep and to our herd of Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs, a breed from which Tamworths and Gloucester Old Spots were bred. In addition to this we have our hens, our border collies and of course our natural inhabitants.
We now sell all our meats direct either from our own farm butchery every Saturday or at any other time to order.
You can find us at the New Farmers Market at Ye Old Sparrowhawk in Fence, last Sunday of every month. Also see us at 'Abbey Leys' organic farm market in South Manchester - first Sunday of every month, 9am till 2pm - come early!
Don't forget - Please call us or come to visit the farm.
