Skylark Organics was set up in 2005 by a group of friends with a background of growing and providing organic fruit and vegetables. Since that time we have been supplying local Herefordshire produce from our farm at Leominster together with produce from other Herefordshire suppliers in our organic box scheme.

As our customer list has grown so has the variety of produce we are able to offer. Only when we are unable to source what we are looking for within Herefordshire do we look further a field within the UK and overseas e.g. for our citrus and banana supplies.

Where we import we avoid using airfreight wherever possible, thus limiting the carbon footprint of your delivery. We only buy from growers who can offer our equivalent in organic certification i.e. Soil Association Certified.

Our priority is to use a UK or Fair Trade organic options where available and in this way we can ensure a good range of fruit and vegetables with the shortest field to table time that we are able to achieve.

The produce from our own farm is usually supplied to us fresh from the field on the day of delivery.

As a company we are working to create a friendly and efficient organisation that is able to respond to your needs and care for our suppliers and employees with ease and humanity. We aim to offer a fully rounded organic service that nurtures nature as she nurtures us!
